Ordering your custom doll is simple — and honestly, it's my favorite part. Here's how it works:
1. Pick Your Set
Choose the option that fits who you'd like made:
- Single — one person
- Couple — two people
- Family — three people
2. Send Me Your Photos
Upload a clear, front-facing photo of each person so I can capture their face, hair, and little details.
💡 Tip: A well-lit, straight-on photo works best.
3. Leave the Rest to Me
Once I have your photos, I hand-crochet each figure from scratch — stitch by stitch — until it truly looks like your loved one. Every doll is made one at a time, with care, so no two are ever alike.
Then it's carefully packed and sent your way. 💛

Because every doll is handmade and personalized just for you, please allow 7–14 days for me to create your figure before it ships — the exact time depends on the size and level of detail.
Once your doll is finished, it's carefully packed to make sure it arrives safe and sound. 💛
When your package is ready, I ship using reliable, popular carriers like USPS, DHL, and FedEx. On average, shipping takes around 9–12 days to reach you.

• Clear Front-Facing Photo (Required)
Please send a straight-on photo that clearly shows the face and hair. The clearer the photo, the closer I can get the likeness — so no blurry shots or anything covering the face.
• Full-Body Photo (Helpful)
If you'd like the outfit captured too, a head-to-toe photo showing the whole body works best. This helps me get the clothing, shoes, and proportions right.
• Additional Reference Photos (Optional)
One clear main photo per person is all I need to get started. If you have extra angles or a favorite outfit you'd love me to include, feel free to send them along — the more I can see, the better.
• Photo Quality
Good lighting makes a big difference. If a photo is too dark or too blurry for me to work from, I'll reach out to you before starting so we get it just right.
• Glasses & Details
Glasses, beards, earrings, necklaces — I love adding these! Just let me know which details matter to you and I'll crochet them in.
• Keep Accessories Simple
For full-body dolls, it's best to avoid large items like bags or backpacks in the reference photo, so I can focus on capturing the person themselves.
